Program Director, extension 7100
Mr. Wright serves as the program director for the Accelerated Learning Academy. He is the primary liaison between the Chester Upland School District, the Accelerated Learning Academy and ResulTech. He worked to establish the school, including hiring the leadership team, taking lead on hiring the initial staff, arranging professional development for the Academy's staff in the innovative educational program and training in its software tools. His main responsibilities include working with the staff to ensure that the Accelerated Learning Academy's educational program is implemented with fidelity, reporting to the Commissioner of Education, and ongoing oversight and revision of the program to insure student success.

Gary Damon, Jr.
Real World Learning Specialist, extension 7100
Mr. Damon leads the design and development of the Real World Learning program throughout our school. This involves organizing of resources, activities and events, which form a critical part of the curriculum. An important aspect of the role is to work with local business and the community to bring the real world into the classroom. Mr. Damon maintains contacts with local employers, businesses and educational groups to foster local and regional partnerships for participation in events, visits and joint projects. |

Jim DuBreuil
Reports Analyst, extension 7100
Mr. DuBreuil plays a pivotal role as our data person. He is responsible for student induction, ongoing basic skills assessment, and student reporting. Mr. DuBreuil also closely monitors student progress through the reporting features of our online tools.
